Connie dela Cruz

CO-FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN, HEALTH CAROUSEL PHILIPPINES

Connie is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. (HCPI). While Connie’s effort is focused on the growth of the Company, the significant part of her leadership is the promotion of ethical recruitment practices and core values.  It is part of her advocacy that is to improve the public perception of recruitment agencies in the Philippines.  Her goal is to make the HCPI be the largest and most trusted recruitment agency in the Philippines for healthcare professionals bound to U.S. through good governance and sustainable recruitment programs.

Connie has almost 20 years of experience in running a recruitment business. Over the years, she has been exposed to project development and management, marketing, networking and U.S. immigration.   Prior to joining Health Carousel, she worked as a Project Development Officer at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for Information Technology Education, Graduate Education and Distance Education.

She earned units in Master of Arts in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colegio De San Juan De Letran.

Connie is currently a Board Member of the Philippines Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI), the biggest and most respected association of recruitment agencies.

Connie spent her free time travelling locally and internationally. She loves experiencing the culture and festivals of different countries.  She also enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time with her family, and with Rav and Cooper, her dogs.

Nyra Colinares, RN

CO-FOUNDER AND BOARD OF DIRECTOR, HEALTH CAROUSEL PHILIPPINES

Nyra is the Co-founder and member of the board of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. She has years of experience in Healthcare and Curriculum/Project Development for the Health Profession from her previous work in the Department of Health (DOH) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

She is with Health Carousel  Philippines for 18 years now, helping the company grow and realize its vision. In the early days, she actively played a role in  Processing Candidates, Marketing, and Recruitment.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Nursing from the University of the Philippines (Cebu) and Dela Salle Health Science Institute respectively. She took up Masters in Nursing (completed academic requirements) at Emilio Aguinaldo College.

She enjoys meeting old friends and traveling to places where people speak other than English/Tagalog.

Marivic Doctor

PRESIDENT, HEALTH CAROUSEL PHILIPPINES, INC

Vicky has over 20 years of experience in managing various companies in the Philippines and abroad. As the President of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. (HCPI), she takes pride in promoting the company’s higher purpose, which is to change people’s lives through innovative recruitment programs. This is her guiding principle to ensure that the company follows its mission, policies, and procedures that are in place, and provides the highest standard of ethical recruitment practices.

Vicky took up a Bachelor of Science in Tourism at the University of Santo Tomas and is currently taking up several online studies to pursue excellence.

During her early years at HCPI, she contributed to promoting and enhancing the brand, growing the candidate pipeline, facilitating partnerships with top universities and hospitals, and expanding the company’s network.

She spends her free time watching documentaries and cooking shows, reading books, and learning from mentors. Vicky loves the outdoors and found a new hobby in urban gardening.

Valerie Santos

DIRECTOR OF DEPLOYMENT AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

Valerie has been #ChangingLives and helping healthcare professionals achieve their American Dream for almost 15 years now. Val started her career with Health Carousel Philippines as Front Desk Associate and has been promoted and handled different positions in General Operations, IELTS Facilitator, Processing, and Deployment. She is grateful to be with Health Carousel and have the opportunity where she can help healthcare professionals fulfill their dream of providing a better future for themselves and their families.

Val enjoys traveling, eating out, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Marwin Dennis Galvez, CLSSGB

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Marwin has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Quality Assurance, working for both BPO & Shared Services environment and supported different lines of businesses which includes Logistics, IT–Telecoms, and the Insurance industry.

He has a proven track record on the different domain and activities of Quality Assurance such as developing client relationships by enhancing overall customer experience, process effectiveness, and improving SLA compliance thru transactional audit and analysis. Before joining Health Carousel Philippines, Inc., he worked as an Assistant Manager for Quality in a BPO company. He took up Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science at Adamson University. He is also a dual-Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

Marianne Grace Nagera, RN, CLSSYB

MANAGER OF PROCESSING TEAM

Marianne is a Registered Nurse who has been helping healthcare professionals achieve their dream for almost nine years now. She earned her Nursing degree from the University of Santo Tomas and practiced as a School Nurse in a culinary and business school.

Before joining Health Carousel Philippines (HCPI), she has also helped Nursing graduates and Nurses prepare for NLE and NCLEX as a Review Coordinator. Her journey in the recruitment industry started with HCPI. She worked as an NPTE-Coordinator, guiding Physical Therapists to prepare and pass their US licensure exam. Over the years, she has been actively involved and learned the various processes of Health Carousel in ensuring that Health Carousel’s healthcare professionals meet US application requirements.

She likes spending time with family and friends. She also spends her alone time reading books, listening to podcasts, or watching reality TV shows.

Kimberly Castro, RN

MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL DEPLOYMENT

Kim is a registered nurse by profession. One of her personal goals aligns with Health Carousel Philippines, Inc.’s (HCPI) mission and vision – to empower fellow healthcare professionals in achieving their #Americandream through responsible and ethical recruitment.

She started her career in HCPI as a Processing Associate for the Deployment team. She valued providing nurses the utmost guidance possible about the process to help them reach their goals and successfully deploy in the United States.

As the Manager of International Deployment, she aims to achieve the team’s targets by implementing the company’s core values as we strive to provide our candidates excellent service with integrity.

With HCPI promoting a work-life balance, Kim is able to enjoy quality time with her family while running her own business engaged in the foodservice industry.
