Connie dela Cruz
PRESIDENT, HEALTH CAROUSEL PHILIPPINES
Connie is the President and Co-Founder of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. (HCPI). While Connie’s effort is focused on the growth of the Company, the significant part of her leadership is promotion of ethical recruitment practices and core values. It is part of her advocacy that is to improve the public perception about recruitment agencies in the Philippines. Her goal is to make the HCPI be the largest and most trusted recruitment agency in the Philippines for healthcare professionals bound to U.S. through good governance and sustainable recruitment programs.
Connie has almost 20 years of experience in running a recruitment business. Over the years, she has been exposed to project development and management, marketing, networking and U.S. immigration. Prior to joining Health Carousel, she worked as a Project Development Officer at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for Information Technology Education, Graduate Education and Distance Education.
She earned units in Master of Arts in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colegio De San Juan De Letran.
Connie is currently a Board Member of the Philippines Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI), the biggest and most respected association of recruitment agencies.
Connie spent her free time travelling locally and internationally. She loves experiencing the culture and festivals of different countries. She also enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time with her family, and with Rav and Cooper, her dogs.
Nyra Colinares, RN
VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTH CAROUSEL PHILIPPINES
Nyra is the Vice President and Co-founder of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. She has years of experience in Healthcare and Curriculum/Project Development for Health Profession from her previous work in Department of Health (DOH) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
She is with Health Carousel Philippines for 18 years now, helping the company grow and realize its vision. In the early days, she actively played a role in Processing Candidates, Marketing and Recruitment.
She earned Bachelor of Science in Biology and Nursing from University of the Philippines (Cebu) and Dela Salle Health Science Institute respectively. She took up Masters in Nursing (completed academic requirements) in Emilio Aguinaldo College.
She enjoys meeting old friends and travelling to places where people speaks other than English/Tagalog.
Jill Corinne Cruz
DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS AND DEPLOYMENT
Jill has over 16 years of work experience doing Operations Management and handling Sales and Customer Service accounts. Prior to joining Health Carousel Philippines, Inc., she worked as a Service Delivery Manager in a BPO company. She took up B.S. Mathematics with Specialization in Business Applications at De La Salle University (2002). She also finished Ateneo-Regis MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (2014).
DIRECTOR FOR FINANCE AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Kenji is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a total of 8 years of experience. He earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He was an auditor and a banker before joining Health Carousel. Now he is helping Health Carousel Philippines in pursuing its higher purpose of changing people’s lives through ethical recruitment practices.
He reads everything he can about business, investment, leadership, behavioral sciences, technology, and global current events with the aim of finding an idea that will help the company to plan and move forward.
The three things he loves most doing in his free time are reading, spending time with his wife, and playing online games.
Marwin Dennis Galvez, CLSSGB
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Marwin has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Quality Assurance, working for both BPO & Shared Services environment and supported different lines of businesses which includes Logistics, IT–Telecoms, and the Insurance industry.
He has a proven track record on the different domain and activities of Quality Assurance such as developing client relationships by enhancing overall customer experience, process effectiveness, and improving SLA compliance thru transactional audit and analysis. Before joining Health Carousel Philippines, Inc., he worked as an Assistant Manager for Quality in a BPO company. He took up Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science at Adamson University. He is also a dual-Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
SENIOR MANAGER FOR DEPLOYMENT, ALLIED AND SUPPORT GROUP
Valerie has been #ChangingLives and helping healthcare professionals achieve their American Dream for almost 15 years now. Val started her career with Health Carousel Philippines as Front Desk Associate and has been promoted and handled different positions in General Operations, IELTS Facilitator, Processing, and Deployment. She is grateful to be with Health Carousel and have the opportunity where she can help healthcare professionals fulfill their dream of providing a better future for themselves and their families.
Val enjoys traveling, eating out, and spending time with family and friends.
MANAGER OF MARKETING AND RECRUITMENT
Vicky is a Marketing and Recruitment Manager who helps in the promotion and brand positioning while ensuring a high standard of ethical recruitment practices.
Before starting a career in the recruitment industry, Vicky spent more than 20 years as a Restaurant Manager for various companies in the Philippines and Singapore. After a successful career as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), Vicky now helps healthcare professionals achieve their American dream.
Vicky enjoys watching comedy films, cooking shows and found a new hobby in urban gardening.
Dale Cruz, CHRM
MANAGER OF GENERAL OPERATIONS
Dale is a Certified Human Resource Manager with a total of 18 years of experience. She graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Business Administration.
Before joining Health Carousel Philippines, Dale worked as an HR and Administration Director in a creative agency in UAE. She has brought over a decade of experience while curating the elements needed to build an immersive organizational culture.
She is a seasoned human resource leader with an international portfolio in various disciplines ranging from hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and creative agency.
