“Never stop dreaming and believing in yourself.” – Nurse Rowena Dominique

For me, the whole process with the help of both Health Carousel and Innovphil made it so smooth and worry-free. I guarantee that it made me trust them so much where I can truly say they’re one of the best in their field. Very incomparable and genuine.

The Beginning of My NCLEX Journey

Way back in June 2019 when I first saw this Facebook ad of Health Carousel Philippines Incorporated regarding their services offered, I was deeply amazed at their assistance to my fellow nurses who are now working abroad by just reading their testimonies and examples that with awe moved me to be part of it. The moment I scheduled my face-to-face interview with them, gave me the feeling of something to look forward to for a brighter future. Everything was explained to me accordingly, let’s just say, I was thrilled with the idea of pursuing my American Dream that aims me for more. Without hesitation, I gave my very best from the first-ever face-to-face interview, contract signing, evaluative exam, and more module exams.

The whole process was not that easy cause I struggle to balance my bedside working experience as an Emergency Room Staff Nurse and my completion of these module exams from HESI Saunders but that didn’t stop me from thinking that maybe one day everything else will be worth it. For me, the whole process with the help of both Health Carousel and Innovphil made it so smooth and worry-free. I guarantee that it made me trust them so much where I can truly say they’re one of the best in their field. Very incomparable and genuine. Been tested with many circumstances but that didn’t stop me from giving out my very best even if it already concerns my health. Pure Hearts are behind my Health Carousel Family, this success wouldn’t be possible without them for their never-ending support, guidance, and belief in me that I can surpass everything life has to offer. Most special thanks to God our Father in Heaven for guiding me all throughout this journey, with the right reason, with the right purpose, and at the right time. I trust this whole process so dearly cause I believe if it’s really for you sure it will be.

I’ve been in so much pain but I endured it all cause I know I have a strong support system thus God won’t let me face all these trials alone and for that, I’m really grateful and blessed existing and inspiring others with these simple words as a reminder that whatever life throws at you learn how to play and treat it fairly as for the odds will be ever in your favor. I took my NCLEX RN exam last June 02, 2021. Due to my health, and with this pandemic we’re experiencing resulted to various rescheduling of the exam finally the day had finally come which I can say is kinda just in time for me to be well prepared and just give out my very best. During the day of my NCLEX RN exam, I was quite nervous, there was even a moment I couldn’t get the instructions given to me by the test attendant cause much anxiety strikes me at moment later on I finally arrived at my senses and quietly talked to God to guide me all throughout. Whatever happens that day, I just gave my all, I lift everything to God and just cried for some reasons during the examination cause honestly, I was struggling to answer each difficult question. When I hit the end of my number 75 Question, suddenly my computer shut off and proceeded to the research questions. That made me cry so hard cause I don’t know what does it mean with the fact I was struggling to answer each question. I was the third to the last to leave the examination room, I guess it’s normal to feel kinda sad thinking I didn’t give my all but I know I was not alone. If it’s God’s will, I trust his ways no matter what happens. I’m ready to accept whatever he has planned for me. The Agony and feelings of waiting gave me much stress to think about it often but what helped me to overcome it is through prayers and singing worship songs.

The day finally came when I received the news of my NCLEX RN exam result from my Advisor. Honestly, I never thought I will pass but everything is possible with God. Couldn’t thank him enough for the overflowing graces and blessings received.

“I am now a US Registered Nurse!” – Nurse Liam John

Today, I wake up every day smiling to the good feeling of knowing that I am now a registered nurse in America, all thanks to HCPI. I’m more thrilled to see how things will unfold as I continue to work on the next steps of my American dream.

The Beginning of My NCLEX Journey

In nursing school, we were asked to make our career map outlining where we would like to ultimately go with the profession in the near future. After heaps of deliberate reflection and daydreaming, I knew that among my goals was to make it to the US to practice the profession and hopefully to move and settle in someday. But, how? As if going to the US was as easy as going on a weekend trip! I was a fresh graduate then, naïve, and had nothing to begin with but my passion to pursue a life that is good and worthwhile and the grit to achieve this. Then I remembered an old friend from college who has been my organization’s go-to partner for projects and events; Health Carousel Philippines through sir Mico Manalac. I never thought that my seemingly grand vision would actually be possible and become a reality the day I joined HCPI in January 2019.

Without a doubt, HCPI has been true to its promise from the very beginning to help young professionals like me who aspire to fulfillment and joy in their careers. In exchange for their tireless and generous efforts, they would only ask one thing; to remain committed and inspired in achieving that American dream for yourself or whatever it may be that they may be of help. Miss Jeimyleen Cas, my dearest advisor, is a testament to this. After I got accepted in my first and dream job, it entailed so much challenge that my focus shifted from unfailingly working on my NCLEX-RN to adjusting and getting acquainted with work. I found myself slowly losing grasp of my goal and self-doubt slowly started to seep in. Thankfully, I was blessed to have miss Jeimy as an advisor who is persistent and dedicated to helping me achieve my American dream. We haven’t personally met, but she is virtually present with me since day 1. From phone calls to emails, she never fails to remind me of the necessary tasks to accomplish, to check on my progress, and more than being an advisor, she’s a kind friend who motivates and believes that I can when I think that couldn’t.

NCLEX-RN prep is challenging indeed, but HCPI provided me with the best resources to ease the process through Innovphil as my processor and Mindweb Academy as my reviewer. Despite all the odds, at 84 items, I conquered my NCLEX-RN on March 3, 2021! Today, I wake up every day smiling to the good feeling of knowing that I am now a registered nurse in America, all thanks to HCPI. I’m more thrilled to see how things will unfold as I continue to work on the next steps of my American dream.

A Message To My Fellow Nurses

I might not be the best person to give advice for future aspirants, but if there is one thing I’d say, it would be to take a leap of faith and just start wherever you are or whatever disposition you may be. Be at ease knowing that HCPI has got your back no matter what. With that, I thank my angels from Health Carousel Philippines for always going the extra mile and most especially for making my dreams possible.

“I passed NCLEX on my first take.” – Nurse Clarisse Ann

I passed NCLEX on my first take!

The Beginning of My NCLEX Journey

I joined HCPI last 2018, and after taking the mock test, I started answering the modules while filing for the documents needed for my NCLEX application. My NCLEX journey was a roller coaster ride. In February 2020, I have received my  ATT and I was scheduled for the April 2020 examination. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my NCLEX was unscheduled. Come July 2021, slots were open once again and I was scheduled to take the exam in August 2020. In mid-July 2020, I was unscheduled again because of the MECQ situation.  After the MECQ was lifted, I got another scheduled for the December examination. Two weeks before my exam date, I got unscheduled again because the testing center is limiting the number of examinees to enter the facility. At that time, I just surrendered everything to God. I let go and let Him comfort me until the time is right for me.

On December 15, I was advised by IPASS that schedules were once again open. I got scheduled on the earliest slot available. I prayed hard that I may pass the exam at one take even when given only days to prepare. Aside from HESI, I also availed Uworld and Lippincott applications for my review. I did answer questions even when I am at work, during my break period. Even when working on a night shift, I answer questions instead of sitting and resting when I have some free time. My NCLEX timeline was full of challenges, but I am glad that IPASS did assist me well enough that I always feel at ease even when I am yet to be scheduled. I am grateful that they were hands-on and I felt how they wished me well in my examination. Add to that, I constantly update my HC advisor every schedule and unscheduled exam slot. After I took the exam on January 3rd, I availed myself of the quick results and learned the good news that I passed on my first take.

With prayers and courage, be confident that even the unexpected cannot stop you from achieving your goal, it may not be in the time frame you want, but in God’s perfect time.
