“Hard work, perseverance and faith is the key for being a USRN” – Jacilyn Gia, PHRN, USRN

“I, the Lord will make it happen” – Isaiah 60:22

Hard work, perseverance, and faith is the key to being a USRN. And I also make my successful friends who came first in the UK,US, Canada as my inspiration too in striving hard during my review. I said to myself if they can, I can make it too in God’s perfect timing.

Due to the pandemic, my eligibility takes too long to come so I have long prepared. At first, I decided to start on self-review but then I didn’t know where to start at all so I enrolled myself in NCLEX Amplified. It’s very convenient for me to watch their replayed live lectures since I’m also working. Alongside it I used Saunders book, Udan book for MS concepts, my nursing notes in college, Rachelle Allen notes from my uncle, and sometimes I answered in LaCharity Book. For the Qbanks, I tried both Uworld (shared by my uncle) and archer, and I religiously used their Computer Adaptive Test. I think beyond knowing all the concepts, it’s better for you to answer smart and strategically; and all of this I learned from the review center. I realized that it is really a good thing for me that I invested in this quality review material which help me ace the NCLEX and stop at 75.

Didn’t believe I can make it because honestly after my exam I’m really anxious that I failed it. I already accept that I failed and started to review again. Nagdoubt talaga ako sa sarili ko pero si Lord hindi siya nagdoubt at pinasa niya ako!

So my advice to future USRN’s, if you doubt yourself in the process, the Lord is with you. He is the one who surely believes in your capacity. Always pray and with him nothing is impossible.

I’d like to honor and give thank God, who makes this possible. To my family, Beljohn, for being so supportive of me, Tito Mykel for sharing his NCLEX notes, to NCLEX Amplified review center, and most importantly to my advisor Ms. Patricia and to the whole Health Carousel Family. Thank you for the guidance and for giving me the opportunity to be a USRN.

“I finally got one of the best news I have heard this year, I PASSED!” – Andrea, PHRN, USRN

The moment I finished answering my exam, which stopped at 75, I really thought I failed; I lost confidence and doubted myself. However, God answered my prayer because, after 3 days of waiting, I finally got one of the best news I have heard this year, I PASSED!

USRN. Adding these 4 letters at the end of my name has to be one of the biggest blessings that I will be forever grateful for.

Trusting & believing in yourself, setting your goals straight, positive thinking, hard work, and of course prayers- these were what I needed and used in order to pass my NCLEX.

I really want to thank God, St. Clare & St. Jude who answered my prayers. They guided me throughout this journey.

Of course, to my Rachell Allen family who never failed to motivate and inspire us every day. They did not just equip us with knowledge, but also, they strengthened our faith and made us believe in ourselves. If you believe in yourself that you can do it, you really can do it.

To my family & friends who never failed to support me through words of encouragement and prayers, thank you! You never once doubted in my capabilities.

And of course to Health Carousel and IPass Processing for assisting me and having hassle-free processing, and for your prayers.

This is just the beginning of another chapter. Hard work plus prayers; are what I am holding on to as I continue my USRN journey. To God be the glory.

“Last January 11, I was able to take my NCLEX exam and passed.” – Walnorm, PHRN, USRN

Thank God for HCPI, after all the preparation and guidance, just last January 11, 2022, I was able to take my NCLEX exam and passed. All Glory to God.

When the time is right, I, the Lord will make it happen” ISAIAH 60:22, this is the verse I have in mind during my entire NCLEX journey. Looking back, I started sometime in 2020 when I came to know and joined Health Carousel Philippines. I really don’t have plans for processing since all I know back then was NCLEX processing was a long wait and expensive, however, after a talk with Health Carousel, seems like I was given light and inspiration to pursue my American dream. Indeed, NCLEX processing would require a lot of patience but this time, I know I was never alone in this journey. Thank God for HCPI, after all the preparation and guidance, just last January 11, 2022, I was able to take my NCLEX exam and passed. All Glory to God.

Despite the delays due to the pandemic, canceled, and delayed flight to manila and typhoon Odette, which made studying a lot more challenging since there were no electricity and internet connections, I was able to make it. God answered my prayer, to become a USRN by 2022. To all soon NCLEX takers who may be facing delays and struggles, just keep going, the Lord will make it happen in His time. Trust the process, it will all be worth it.
