“Guided and Encouraged.” – Alden Diehl, USRN

My partnership with Health Carousel started in the year 2018. I have to admit, the journey towards my goal was not as easy as a walk in the park. There were lots of detours and unexpected hurdles. Your patience will be tested, most often than not. Hence, it is proven;...

“Throughout the experience, I learned the value of patience and faith.” – Sarah, USRN

I joined Health Carousel back in 2017. I can say that the application process went by smoothly. I was assigned to very accommodating advisors. They were able to help me from the start of the application until now that I am preparing for deployment. They were very eager to offer help, both in the technicalities of the application, and in terms of offering reassurances, encouragement, and push that I needed to get through the process.

Throughout the experience, I learned the value of patience and faith. It may be a cliché, but I have grasped the reality that these two characteristics are very important. I have encountered several delays in the process and the key is to be patient, while at the same time having faith that things will fall into place at the right time. We really couldn’t make things run our way; there are situations that are out of our hands. Waiting periods are hard, and I must say that there are tons of anxieties, worries, and fears that came into play, but this is what I held onto, “Being confident in this: that He who began a good work in you will continue to perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6” Reading this verse over and over, playing it constantly in my mind and heart helped me throughout the process. I say that this is where the next chapter begins, and to me, it was not just a ‘career journey’, it’s also (and I believe for the most part) a journey of faith; I learned lessons that will help me a lot for this next chapter.

To my fellow RNs who are at any point on your application, I would like to encourage you by saying that God is faithful. There are times that you will grow weak and worry, but hang in there, He will get you through; He finishes what He starts. At moments when you feel drowned by anxieties and fear, be reminded that we can always come to Him in prayer, and in exchange, He will guard our anxious mind and fearful heart with His peace (Philippians 4:6-7). Lastly, while waiting, prepare yourself by learning all that you can. God bless.

“Thank you, a million times for inspiring nurses like me in fulfilling our American dreams.” – Marilyl, USRN

I can’t find the exact words to describe and how thankful I am when I meet Health Carousel. The employee team Amelyn Salapati, Patricia Evangelista, Stephanie Aglugub, and my ever-supportive IDA Jean Paul Bringas who tirelessly worked together were always ready and respond abruptly to all my queries.

They make it a point that I am always informed of everything throughout the process. I owed Health Carousel this new chapter of my life.

Thank you, a million times for inspiring nurses like me in fulfilling our American dreams. To my colleagues, just be patient, pray to God and trust their process. Everything will come in God’s perfect time.

To God be the Glory.

“Trust the process, trust your petitioner.” – Beverly Angelica, USRN

A friend recommended Health Carousel to me. I signed up with them in 2018 with little expectation, knowing the process would be lengthy and tedious. To my surprise, everything went smoothly from the start to now. From Ms. MJ to Ms. Czar to Ms. Joanna, all of my advisors were approachable and extremely efficient. They kept me informed of the status of my application and ensured that we submitted documents on time. It’s similar to having a sister who works alongside you and shares your struggles and triumphs. Health Carousel handles all processing; I would simply need to provide them with the necessary documents or if necessary, my signature. Not only that, but they also covered all processing fees, which made things a lot easier for me.

Apart from document requirements and skill preparation, Health Carousel made periodic checks on my emotional well-being and readiness. The most important thing I learned about this entire process and journey, which I would like to share with my co-nurses who are also aspiring to work in the US long term, is to be patient. If you truly want something, it takes time and a significant amount of effort to acquire it. Trust the process, trust your petitioner. Additionally, it is important to follow all instructions provided to you by Health Carousel because they will only use the information you give to them. Talking regularly with your advisor is essential in order to have a productive partnership. Finally, maintain your faith, be truthful, always be kind, and have a grateful heart.

I could not have done this without the support of my Health Carousel family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never let you down and will honor the trust you have placed in me.
