The Visa Bulletin for October 2019 is out and the priority date for the Philippines has moved forward to October 15, 2017. The previous month's priority date was July 1, 2016.
The Visa bulletin predicts that in the coming months, the Philippines EB-3 will continue to move forward several months.
Here are some important details from the visa bulletin:
ROW- Current (Previous Month was 7/1/2016)
EB-3 India - 1/1/2009 (Previous Month was 7/1/2005)
EB-3 China- 11/1/2015 (Previous Month was 1/1/2014)
EB-2 (ROW and PH)- Current (Previous Month was 1/1/2018)
