The Transition to Practice Program helped me refresh all the knowledge in my Nursing field. After finishing the program I’ve earned self-respect, sense of accomplishment, self-fulfillment, fun, and enjoyment, excitement with my Nursing Career. I better understand the importance of building warm relationships with patients, how to better deal with patients of having a different culture, religion, and beliefs.It is a big help to all nurses, regarding reviewing their knowledge in our field. I am much confident now as I accomplished the Transition to Practice Program.
