Overall, my experience with training was very fulfilling and definitely very informative and easy to understand. Completing this program prepares me with the smooth transition in the nursing practice to the U.S. The actual clinical scenarios shown on this program was indeed beneficial in learning the proper approach to be effective and efficient in the workplace. It took me 10 weeks to finish the courses as I was also working at the same time. The training was highly recommendable to other candidates as this helps prepare nurses for a successful transition in the hospital facility in the U.S. I can say that I’m more equipped and ready to practice my profession in U.S facility setting after completing the Training.
